For example, our subscription form has an “opt out” mechanism so users who receive a product from us but don’t want any marketing material can opt out from those communications. When this information is shared, it may be used solely by the provider or sponsor for marketing its own products and services (via telephone, email and postal mail). Such information will not be sold or disclosed to any third party at any time or in any form whatsoever. CDInsights will automatically send the friend a one-time email message, inviting them to visit the website. CDInsights does not store this information. This information is for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email message. We do track the success of our referral program.

Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online (for example, on message boards, through e-mail or in chat areas) that information can be collected and used by others. In short, by posting personal information online that is publicly accessible, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.
